S.O.21 (cid:874)वकलांग (cid:229)यि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के अ(cid:876)धकार (cid:467)नयम, 2017 के (cid:467)नयम 14 (अ) के उप-(cid:467)नयम (1) (cid:622)वारा (cid:292)द(cid:419) शि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, क(cid:581) (cid:289) शा(cid:871)सत (cid:292)देश ल(cid:622)दाख के (cid:292)शासन ने लेह और कार(cid:876)गल दोन(cid:585) िजल(cid:585) म(cid:581) िजला सामािजक क(cid:227)याण अ(cid:876)धकार(cid:547) को अपने अ(cid:876)धकार - (cid:162)े(cid:287) के भीतर स(cid:162)म (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकार(cid:547) के (cid:510)प म(cid:581) (cid:467)नयु(cid:200)त (cid:873)कया है, िजनके पास एक ब(cid:581)चमाक(cid:91) (cid:874)वकलांग (cid:229)यि(cid:200)त या उसके तरफ से एक संगठनLADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 (cid:874)वकलांग (cid:229)यि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के अ(cid:876)धकार अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम 2016 के धारा 38 के उप-धारा (1) के अनुसार उ(cid:205)च समथ(cid:91)न आव(cid:230)यकता के (cid:871)लए आवेदन कर सकता ह(cid:583) l

Ladakh, the 7th of April, 2023
S.O. 21 In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 14A of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, the administration of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby appoints the District Social Welfare Officer, Leh and Kargil, as competent authority within their territorial jurisdiction to whom a person with benchmark disability, or an organization on his or her behalf, can apply for the high support requirement as per Sub-Section (1) of Section 38 of the Rights of Persons with disabilities Act, 2016.
