का.आ.52 जबकक, लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववका ि परषिद, कागिलि का चौथा आम चुनाव 27.08.2018 को हुआ था औ िउपोिक्त परषिद का पाांच ािल का काययकाल 01.10.2023 को मिाप्त हो हिा है।
जबकक, ािंघ ािज्य प्रशानि लद्दाख ने लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववका िपरषिद अगनिनयम, 1997 के प्रावािनों औ िउकिे तहत बनाए एि ननयमों के अनुाि िएक नई परषिद का ठिन कनिे के सलए लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववका िपरषिद, कागिलि का 5 वाां आम चुनाव कािने का नर्नयय सलया है।LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 इसिलए, अब, लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववका िपरषिद (चुनाव) ननयम, 1995 के ननयम 11 द्वााि प्रदत्त शक्क्तयों का प्रयो िकतिे हुए, ािंघ ािज्य प्रशानि लद्दाख ददनाांक 10.06.2003 के एआिओि 184 के तहत अगूििगचत ननवायचन क्षेत्रों ेि 5व़ीां लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववका िपरषिद, कागिलि का ठिन कनिे के सलए अपने दिस्यों का लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी ववका ि परषिद अगनिनयम, 1997 के प्रावािनों औ ि उकिे तहत बनाए एि ननयमों के अनुाि िचुनाव कनिे का आह्वान कतिा है।

Notification
Ladakh, the 2nd, of August, 2023
S.O. 52 Whereas, the 4th General Election of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil, was held on 27.08.2018 and the term of five years of the aforesaid Council is expiring on 01.10.2023.
Whereas, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh has decided to conduct the 5th General Election of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil, to constitute a new Council in accordance with the provisions of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Act, 1997 and the rules made there under.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by rule 11 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of the Union territory of Ladakh hereby call upon the constituencies notified vide SRO 184 Dated 10.06.2003 to elect their members for constituting the 5th Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil in accordance with the provisions of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Act, 1997, and rules made there under.
