NOTIFICATION
Ladakh, the 11th of July, 2023.
S.O. 47. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of The Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007(Act No. 56 of 2007), the Administrator/Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby constitute all the Sub- Divisional Magistrate of Union Territory of Ladakh, as Maintenance Tribunal in their respective jurisdiction for the purpose of adjudicating and deciding upon the order for maintenance under Section 5 of the said Act.
