NOTIFICATION
Ladakh, the 11th of July, 2023.
S.O. 48. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of The Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 (Act No. 56 of 2007), the Administrator/ Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby constitute the District Magistrates of the Union Territory of Ladakh, as Appellate Tribunals in their respective jurisdiction to hear the appeal against the order of the Tribunal.
