का.आ. 76 :- जम्मू और कश्मीर भूम राजस्व अधनयम एस.वी.ट. 1996 (1939 A.D.), क धारा 101 क उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रद शक्तिय का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ राज्य प्रशासन एतद्द्वारा घोषणा करता है क दनांक 18.09.2023 के का.आ. 75. द्वारा अधसूचत यूट प्रशासन लद्दाख भूम अभलेख के डजिटलकरण क मानक संचालन प्रक्रया, वनयमन, 2023 के अनुसार जिला लेह और कारगल के ेत्र वार्षक रकॉर्ड के अनुसार सवण और रकॉर्ड संचालन के अधीन हगे।

Ladakh, the 18th of September2023

S.O. 76 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 101 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, Svt. 1996 (1939 A.D.), the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby declares that the area of district Leh and Kargil will be subject to Survey and Records operations as per the Annual Records, in accordance with the Union territory of Ladakh Standard Operating Procedures for Digitization of Land Records, Regulation, 2023, notified vide S.O. 75 dated 18.09.2023.
