का.आ. 77- जम्मू और कश्मीर भूम राजस्व अधनयम, 1996 क धारा 6 क उपधारा 4 के खंड (ए) ( 1939 ई.) (संवत 1996 का अधनयम संख्या XII) के साथ पठत जम्मू और कश्मीर पुनर्गठन अधनयम 2019 (2019 का अधनयम संख्या 34) क धारा 98 द्वारा प्रद शक्तिय का प्रयोग करते हुए, और इस संबंध म जार सभी पछल अधसूचनाओं का अधक्रमण करते हुए, संघ राज्य लद्दाख के उपराज्यपाल एतदद्वारा प्रशासनक सचव, सामान्य प्रशासन वभाग को जम्मू और कश्मीर राजस्व अधनयम, 1996 के प्रावधान के तहत ऐसेLADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 मामल या मामल क श्रेणय क सुनवाई और नपटान के उद्देश्य से संभागीय आयुक्त, संघ राज्य लद्दाख क शक्तियां प्रदान करते ह।

Ladakh, the 20th of September, 2023
S.O. 77.– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019 (Act No. 34 of 2019), read with clause (a) of sub-sections 4 of section 6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996 (1939 A.D.) (Act No. XII of Samvat 1996), and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this regard, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh hereby confers the powers of the Divisional Commissioner, Union territory of Ladakh, to the Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department, Union territory of Ladakh for the purpose of hearing and disposing of such cases or classes of cases under the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996.
