का.आ. 78 - भूम अधग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनर्स्थापना म उचत मुआवजा और पारदर्शता का अधकार अधनयम 2013 (2013 क अधनयम संख्या 30) क धारा 44 क उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रद शक्तिय का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस संदर्भ म जार सभी पूर्व अधसूचनाओं का अधक्रमण करते हुए, संघ राज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख प्रशासनक सचव सामान्य प्रशासन वभाग, संघ राज्य लद्दाख को उक्त नयम के तहत संघ राज्य लद्दाख म पुनर्वास और पुनर्स्थापना के लए आयुक्त के रूप म नयुक्त करता है।LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

Notification

Ladakh, the 20th of September, 2023

S.O. 78 .– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No. 30 of 2013) and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this regard, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby appoints the Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department, Union territory of Ladakh, as the Commissioner for Rehabilitation and Resettlement for the Union territory of Ladakh under the said Act.
