का.आ. 79: - पंजीकरण अधनयम, 1908 क धारा 78 द्वारा प्रद शक्तिय का प्रयोग करते हुए, माननीय उपराज्यपाल, संघ राज्य लद्दाख, संघ राज्य लद्दाख म दस्तावेज के पंजीकरण के लए पंजीकरण शुल्क

3.	बक्र का समझौता सह सामान्य पावर ऑफ अटॉन, अचल संप बेचने/नर्माण/वकसत करने का समझौता	0.5% यद मूल्य (न्यूनतम रु. 2,000 और अधकतम रु. 20,000 के अधीन)

2.	स्वामत्व वलेख क जमा राश	0.1% (अधकतम रु. 10,000 क े अधीन)

1.	चल संप/मशीनर/सामग्री/स्टॉक को गरवी रखने/गरवी रखने/बंधक रखने से संबंधत समझौता	मूल्य का 0.5% (न्यूनतम रु. 1000 और अधकतम रु. 5,000 के अधीन)
2.	वचार के लए पावर ऑफ अटॉन, अचल संप को बेचने/नर्माण/वकास/स्थानांतरण के लए द गई पावर ऑफ अटॉन	मूल्य का 0.5% (न्यूनतम रु. 1,000 और अधकतम रु. 20,000 के अधीन)
3.	बँटवारे के काम, बँटवारा, फ़र्ख़ती और साझेदार को नदशत करने वाले पुरस्कार	1,000 रु.
4.	कसी भी वलेख का परशोधन, अनुसमर्थन, रद्दकरण	2,500 रु
5.	बक्र के अलावा वशेष पावर ऑफ अटॉन, जनरल पावर ऑफ अटॉन का सत्यापन	1,000 रु
6.	गोद लेने के लए वसीयत और अधकार	2500 रु
7.	सीलबंद कवर जमा करना/वसीयत का सीलबंद कवर खोलना 1,000 रु
8.	अन्य सभी दस्तावेज के मामले म जहां लेन-देन धन मूल्यांकन के लए अतसंवेदनशील नहं है	1,000 रु

1.	दस्र्ताेोिं क अन्य सभी श्रेनणयों में ोि श्रेणी (I), (II) और (III) में ानमल नहीं हैं	1,000

3.	पंीिकरण अनधननयम, 1908 ई. क धारा 38 के अंतगवत कमीन ािरी करने हेतु	ि ैसा नक संबंनधत रनस्ट्रिार द्वारा तय नकया गया है।
4.	पंीिकरण अनधननयम 1908 ई. क धारा 31 के अंतगवत ननीि र्आासों में उपनस्नत हेतु	5000 . और यनद ऐसा नर्नास मुख्यालय क सीमा से बाहर है, तो सरकार द्वारा ननधावरत ई ंधन खपत पैमाने के अनुसार यात्रा व्यय।

इस अनधसूचना में नननहत नकसी भी बात के र्बाूिद, 04 अगस्त 2020 से नकए गए दस्र्ताेोिं का पंीिकरण और 16 माचव 2021 से नबन्दु 1ए के अनुसार दरें इस अनधसूचना के तहत पंीिकृ त मानी ािएंगी।

S.O. 79: - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908, the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, UT of Ladakh hereby notifies, the Registration fee for registration of documents in the Union territory of Ladakh as under: -

1a.	Mortgage Deeds	1.2 % of the amount of the loan secured
2.	Deeds of Gift or of Settlement	0.5% of the Value (Subject to minimum of Rs. 1,000 and maximum of Rs. 10,000)
3.	Agreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney, Agreement to Sell/ Construct/ Develop Immovable Property	0.5% if the Value (Subject to a minimum of Rs. 2,000 and maximum of Rs. 20,000)
	CATEGORY: II
1.	Lease, License	0.1% of the Value
2.	Deposit of Title Deeds	0.1% (Subject to a maximum of Rs. 10,000)
3.	Release of Deposit of Title Deeds	Rs. 1,000
	CATEGORY: III
1.	Agreement relating to Pawn/ Pledge/ Hypothecation of Movable property/ Machinery/ Material/ Stock	0.5% of the Value (Subject to a minimum of Rs. 1000 and maximum of Rs. 5,000)
2.	Power of Attorney for Consideration, Power of Attorney given to Sell/ Construct/ Develop/ Transfer of Immovable Property	0.5% of the Value (Subject to minimum of Rs. 1,000 and maximum of Rs. 20,000
3.	Deeds of Partition, Award directing Partition, Farkhati and Partnership	Rs. 1,000
4.	Rectification, Ratification, Cancellation of any Deed	Rs. 2,500
5.	Attestation of Special Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney other than Sale	Rs. 1,000
6.	Wills & Authorities to Adopt	Rs. 2500
7.	Deposit of Sealed Cover/ Opening of Sealed Cover of Wills Rs. 1,000
8.	In case of all other documents where the transaction is not susceptible of money valuation	Rs. 1,000
	CATEGORY: IV
1.	In all other categories of documents which are not covered in the Category (I), (II) & (III)	Rs. 1,000
	CATEGORY: V
1.	Conducting of Search and Issue of Certified Copy/ Encumbrance Certificate	Rs. 1,000 per certificate
2.	For Copy of a Copy	Rs. 2.00 per copy
3.	For the Issue of a Commission under Section 38 of the Registration Act, 1908 AD	As fixed by the Registrar concerned
4.	For Attending Private Residences under Section 31 of the Registration Act 1908 AD	Rs. 5000; and if such residence is outside the limits of the Headquarters, Traveling Expenses as per the Fuel Consumption Scale fixed by the Govt.

Notwithstanding, anything contained in this Notification, the registration of documents made since 04 August 2020 and the rates as at item 1a from 16 March 2021 shall be deemed to have been registered under this notification.
