का.आ:-91 उपभोक्ता ंिरक्षण अधनिनयम, 2019 की ािरा 74 की उप-ािरा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्क्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ंिघ राज्य प्रशानि लद्दाख एतदद्वारा लेह और कारधगल, दोनों क्लिों के सलए राज्य उपभोक्ता वववाद ननवारण आयोग और क्लिा उपभोक्ता वववाद ननवारण आयोग के सलए एक मध्यस्थता कक्ष स्थावपत करता है।LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 मध्यस्थता कक्ष राज्य उपभोक्ता ननवारण आयोग के ािथ-ािथ लेह और कारधगल के दो क्लिों के सलए क्लिा उपभोक्ता वववाद ननवारण आयोगों ेि ुिडा होगा, क्कििा नेतृत्व अध्यक्ष और ंिबंधति आयोग करेंगे।

मध्यस्थता कक्ष में मध्यस्थों का एक पैनल होगा, क्मििें अध्यक्षों द्वारा तय की गई ंिख्या में मध्यस्थ शासमल होंगे, क्निका चयन अध्यक्ष और उ िआयोग के दिस्यों वाली चयन सिमनत की सफिाररश पर ककया ािएगा।

मध्यस्थता ेिल में राज्य उपभोक्ता ननवारण आयोग के अध्यक्ष और क्लिा उपभोक्ता ननवारण आयोग द्वारा तय और ंिघ राज्य प्रशानि लद्दाख द्वारा मंूिरी प्राप्त ऐेि हिायक कममचारी भी होंगे ोि उधचत बैकअप और बुननयादी ढांचा प्रदान करेंगे, ैिाि कक राज्य उपभोक्ता ननवारण आयोग और क्लिा उपभोक्ता ननवारण आयोगों द्वारा मध्यस्थता कक्ष की स्थापना और ंिचालन के सलए आवश्यक है। उपराज्यपाल लद्दाख के आदे िसे जारी।

Ladakh, the 06th of October,2023

S.O: - 91 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 74 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby establishes a Mediation Cell for the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the two districts Leh and Kargil. The Mediation Cell shall be attached to the State Consumer Redressal Commission as well as the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions for the two districts of Leh and Kargil, headed by the Presidents and the respective Commissions. The Mediation Cell shall have a panel of Mediators, consisting of such number of Mediators, as may be decided by the President, who shall be selected on the recommendation of a Selection Committee consisting of the President and the members of that Commission. The Mediation Cell shall also have such supporting staff, as may be decided by the President of the State Consumer Redressal Commission and the District Consumer Redressal Commission with the approval of the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh, shall provide appropriate backup and infrastructure as required by the State Consumer Redressal Commission and the District Consumer Redressal Commissions for the establishment and operation of the Mediation Cell.
