REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION
Ladakh, the 11th day of March, 2024
S.O. 16: In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso to Section 13 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act, 2004, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby invests the Naib Tehsildar of Niabat Turtuk of district Leh with the powers to issue the Reserved Category Certificates (Scheduled Tribe & RBA) and the Income Certificate, within his territorial jurisdiction.
