का.आ. -65 लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी विकास पररषद कारगिल (व्यवसाय संचालन) विनियम, 2004 (आगे "उक्त विनियम" के रूप में संदभिति) के विनियम 5 के उप-विनियम (2) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तक्त का प्रयोग करते हुए; अध्यक्ष/मुख्य कायकिारी पाषदि, एलएएचडीसी, कारगिल श्री आशिक अली (एलएएचडीसी, कारगिल के 21-थंगदुम्बुर प्रादेशिक निवाचिन क्षेत्र से निवाचिित सदस्य/ पाषदि) द्वारा प्रस्तुत इस्तीफे को सहषि स्वीकार करते हैं और उनको उक्त विनियमों के विनियम 5 के उप-विनियम (1) के संदभि में ।, LAHDC, कारगिल की सदस्यता से तत्काल प्रभाव से हटा दिया जाता है।LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 तदनुसार, उक्त विनियमों के विनियम 5 में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार, आम जनता की जानकारी के लिए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि एलएएचडीसी, कारगिल की 21-थांगडुम्बुर क्षेत्रीय निवाचिन क्षेत्र को तत्काल प्रभाव से ररक्त घोषित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
Ladakh, the 31st of July, 2024
S.O. -65 In exercise of the power conferred under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 5 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council of Kargil (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Regulations"); the Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil is pleased to accept the resignation submitted by Shri. Ashiq Ali (an elected Member / Councilor from 21-Thangdumbur territorial constituency of LAHDC, Kargil) in terms of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 5 of the said Regulations, from the membership of the LAHDC, Kargil with immediate effect.
Accordingly in terms of the provisions contained in Regulation 5 of the said Regulations, it is hereby notified for the information of the general public that the21-Thangdumbur territorial constituencyseatof LAHDC, Kargil is declared vacant with immediate effect.
