Ladakh, the 12th of August, 2024
S.O.73, - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, as the Election Authority for the purpose of the said rules, for conducting of elections / Bye Elections of LAHDC in district Kargil.
