विषय: संघ राज्य लद्दाख में नए जिलों के गठन से संबंधित विभिन्न पहलुओं का आकलन
करने के लिए समिति का गठन।
संदर्भ: गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार से प्राप्त फ़ाइल संख्या 12011/03/2024-L ,दिनांक: 23 अगस्त, 2024 आदेश संख्या:444-LA(GAD)2024

गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 23.08.2024 को दिए गए "सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृ ति" के संदर्भ में, संघ राज्य लद्दाख में 05 नए जिलों — शाम, नुब्रा, चांगथांग, ज़ंस्कार और द्रास — के गठन की स्वीकृ ति दी गई है, तथा दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार, नए जिलों के गठन से संबंधित विभिन्न पहलुओं जैसे उनके मुख्यालय, सीमाएँ, संरचना, पदों का सृजन और जिलों के गठन से संबंधित अन्य सभी पहलू का आकलन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित सदस्यों की एक समिति का गठन किया जाता है:

समिति इस आदेश के जारी होने की तिथि से तीन महीने के भीतर अपनी सिफारिशें रिपोर्ट के रूप में प्रस्तुत करेगी।
अध्यक्ष और गैर-आधिकारिक सदस्यों की नियुक्ति की शर्तों और नियमों से संबंधित आदेश अलग से जारी किए जाएगे ।
संघ राज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख के आदेश से जारी ।

Pursuant to the "in-principle approval" conveyed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI, vide letter dated 23.08.2024, referred above, for the formation of 05 new districts namely Sham, Nubra, Changthang, Zanskar and Drass in the UT of Ladakh, and as per the directions conveyed therein, a Committee is hereby constituted comprising the following members to assess various aspects related to the formation of new Districts, of Sham, Nubra, Changthang, Zanskar and Drass such as their headquarters, boundaries, structure, creation of post, any other aspects related to the formation of districts etc. :

The order regarding the terms and conditions of the engagement of the Chairman and thenon-official members shall be issued separately.
