S.O. 112 .— In exercise of the powers conferred under the sub-section (2) of section 497 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with S.O 2506 (E) dated: 28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby declares that the description of the property as mentioned in sub section (1) and (2) of section 497 shall be prepared in the format as under:
1. Name of property.
2. Quantity/ description and number of property/ articles of property.
LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 4. The FIR No…………… dated……….. under section…………… Police Station………….5. Whether the property is produced before the Court during trial and exhibited in evidence ?
6. Whether the photographs/ videography of the property/article are taken ?
7. Whether the properties/ articles are claimed by any claimant ?
8. The release/ disposal of the property/ article to the claimant with details of surety taking Indemnity Bonds;
