आ.63 (cid:622)वारा अ(cid:876)धसू(cid:876)चत ल(cid:622)दाख खा(cid:622)य नाग(cid:464)रक आपू(cid:467)त(cid:91) और उपभो(cid:200)ता मामले (अधीन(cid:232)थ) सेवा भत(cid:568) (cid:467)नयम, 2021 म(cid:581) (cid:467)न(cid:224)न(cid:871)ल(cid:872)खत संशोधन (cid:873)कए ह(cid:583), यथा:

यो(cid:202)यता शीष(cid:91)क के अंतग(cid:91)त तीसरे कॉलम म(cid:581)
(cid:467)न(cid:224)न(cid:871)ल(cid:872)खत जोड़ा जाएगा।

Notification
Ladakh, the 29th of October, 2024
S.O.120. ─ In exercise of the powers conferred by S.O. 282(E) dated 21-01-2020, the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby makes the following amendments in the Union territory of Ladakh Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (Subordinate) Service Recruitment Rules, 2021, notified vide S.O. 63 dated 03-12-2021, namely,- In Schedule-II (B). ─ (i) In the 5th row, for the 3rd column under the heading minimum qualification for direct recruitment the
following shall be inserted;
"Graduation from any recognised University."
(ii) In the 5th row, for the 4th column under the heading method of recruitment the following shall be substituted:
i. 50% by direct recruitment;
ii. 50% by promotion from Weighman/
Watchman/Chowkidar and Helper in order of common seniority, minimum 10th pass, and
having not less than five (05) years substantive
service.
Note: The incumbent Orderlies as on notification of these Rules shall also be eligible. By Order of the Lieutenant Governor
