Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 07/09/2024 it has been observed that the accused person namely Bilal Ahmad Makroo S/O Ghulam Rasool Makroo R/O Nati-Pora, Mehjoor Nagar, Srinagar 190015 is concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared him as ABSCONDER. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person/ respondent. The above named accused person be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.
