S.O. 22 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act No. 49 of 1988) (said Act), read with S.O. 125 (E) dated 14.02.1989 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India; the Lieutenant Governor / Administrator of the Union territory of Ladakh is pleased to appoint Ms. Spalzes Angmo, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, as Special Judge Anti-Corruption for the trial of the offences specified in Section 4 of the said Act, for the whole of District Kargil vice shri Shabir Ahmad Malik.
