GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

To, The Sr. Superintendent of Police, District Leh.

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 23/12/2024 it has been observed that the accused person namely Mr. Krishna Mitra M/S Shri Krishna Engineering company, Mitran house No-. 106, Omaxe city Sector-15, Block-C, Second floor, Happy Home, Delhi Rohtak Road, Bahadurgarh, Haryana- 124507 is concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared him as ABSCONDER. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person/ respondent. The above named respondent be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the respondent. Issued on this 23rd day of December 2024, under my signature and seal of this Court.
