NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 12th June, 2025

S.O. 66 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, (Act No. 29 of 2005), and in supersession of S.O. 23 dated 04.06.2024, the Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh hereby designates Dr. Shiv Darshan Singh Jamwal-IPS, Director General of Police, UT of Ladakh, as the Controlling Authority for the purpose of the Act.
