In the case: Ghulam Murtaza S/o Haji Ibrahim R/o Yourbaltak Tehsil & Distt Kargil ….Complainant V/s Mohd Sultan Lone S/o Abdul Sattar Lone R/o Pardesi Mohallah Kangan Gandarbal …..Accused/ Non Complainant LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas the above named accused person is involved in above titled Case allegedly for the commission of offence u/s 138 NI Act and this Court vide order dated: 20.06.2025 observed that the accused person namely Mohd Sultan Lone S/o Abdul Sattar Lone R/o Pardesi Mohallah Kangan Gandarbal is concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared him as absconding. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person. The above named accused person be arrested whenever found and produced before this court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
