GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST
Whereas in the above titled case, vide Order Dated: 26/05/2025, the accused Jiyarul Sheikh S/O Lal Chand Sekh R/O Brahmanigram Sagardighi, Murshidabad West Bengal-742226 at present C/O Tsering Angchuk House Name Larjey, Gonpa, Upper Skampari Nubra Road Leh has been declared absconder. Therefore, by medium of this general warrant of arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be arrested and produced before this Court.
