Whereas in the above titled case, vide Order Dated: 22/05/2025, the accused Manish KC S/O Lal Bahadur KC R/O District Sindupalchok VDC Bandegaon Ward No.8 Nepal A/P New Bust Stand Leh Ladakh has been declared as absconder. Therefore, by medium of this general warrant of arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be arrested and produced before this Court.
