Whereas in the above titled case, vide Order Dated: 02/05/2025, the accused Mohd Sahil Sheikh S/O Mohd Himayat R/O Brahmanigram, Sagardighi, Murshidabad West- Bengal has been declared absconder. Therefore, by medium of this general warrant of arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be arrested and produced before this Court.
