Housing & Urban Development Department, UT of Ladakh Notification Ladakh, the 08th of August, 2025.
S.O. 100— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 71 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, the Administration of the Union territory of Ladakh, hereby designates the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh, as the Adjudicating Officer for the districts of Leh and Kargil, for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction, powers, and authority under the said Act.
