Notification
Ladakh, the 23rd September, 2025.
S.O. 111- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (29 of 2005), the Administrator of the Union territory of Ladakh hereby makes the following amendments in the Ladakh Private Security Agencies (Private Security to Cash Transportation Activities) Rules, 2022, issued vide S.O. 76 dated 6th June, 2022, namely: -
1. Short, title and commencement. —_ (1) These rules may be called the Ladakh Private Security Agencies (Private Security to Cash Transportation Activity) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment to Schedule I, — In the said Rules, Schedule I (a) shall be substituted by the following namely: - "(a) Make. - The cash van shall: - LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 Note: - Wherever, a need/scope of interpretation regarding engine specification of Cash Van arises, the relevant rules of MoRTH shall prevail.
