S.O. 132.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 286 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (ACT 46 of 2023) read with S.O. 2506 (E) dated:28.06.2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby, notify the Record of Forms for entering the particulars in summary trails by Magistrate as given in Annexure 'A'.
