के न्द्र-शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख प्रशासन ADMINISTRATION OF UNION TERRITORY OF LADAKH

DEPARTMENT OF LAW AND JUSTICE Notification. Ladakh, the 06th day of December 2023.

S.O. 92.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Act No. 61 of 1985), read with S.O. 818(E) dated 08.11.1985, the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh, in consultation/with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, hereby constitutes both the District Courts of Leh and Kargil as Special Courts for the purpose of this Act and also designate both the Pr. District and Sessions Judges of Leh and Kargil, as Judges of the said Court for the purpose of this Act, within their respective jurisdiction.
