UT of Ladakh through SHO P/S Drass FIR No.34/2022 U/Ss. 379, 34, 201 IPCVersus Mustaq Ahmad Khari S/o Bagh Din R/o Thandachui Khawas Rajouri and Ors. ….Accused LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas the above-named accused person is involved in above titled Case allegedly for the commission of offence u/s 379, 34, 201 IPC and this Court vide order dated 25.10.2025 observed that the accused No. 01 namely Mushtaq Ahmad Khari S/o Bagh Din R/o Thandachui Khawas District Rajouri UT of J&K is concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared him as absconding. Accordingly General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person. The above-named accused person be arrested whenever found and produced before this court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
