NOTIFICATION
Ladakh, the 29th December, 2025
S.O.149- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the constitution, read with S.O. 282(E) dated 21.01.2020, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India; the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Union Territory of Ladakh Accounts (Subordinate) Service Recruitment Rules, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Rules") issued vide S.O. 66 dated 10.12.2021 namely: —
1. Short title and commencement: —(1) These rules may be called the Union Territory of Ladakh Accounts (Subordinate) Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 22. Amendment to Schedule- I-(A) & I-(B): — The "Schedule – I-(A) and Schedule-I-(B)" to the said Rules shall be substituted by the following Schedules respectively, as follows, namely, —
