GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST
Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 17/02/2026 it has been observed that the accused persons:
1. Sadya Khatoon D/o Mohd Himmat R/O Sagardighi District Murshidabad, West Bengal 2. Feroza Begum W/O Mohd Nizam R/O 530, Jhugi Colony, Police Station Bawana, North West Delhi 110039
3. Mehrunnisa Begum W/O Jiyarul Sheikh R/O Nurjamal SK Brahmani Gram District Sagardighi, Murshidabad, West Bengal, 742226 are concealing themselves to evade the process of law and declared them as ABSCONDERS. Accordingly, General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused persons mentioned above. The above-named accused persons be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court. This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused persons.
