4. Parvez Sheikh S/O Farooq Sheikh R/O Geetgram Murshidabad, Kolkata, West Bengal

GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas in the above titled case, vide Order Dated: 18/02/2026, it has been observed that the accused no. 1,3 & 4- (a) Jiyarul Sheikh S/O Lal Chand Shiekh R/O Brahmanigram, Murshidabad, Kolkata, West Bengal, (b) Mohd. Sahil Sheik S/O Mohd Himmat R/O Brahmanigram, Sagardigi, Murshidabad, Kolkata, West Bengal, (c) Parvez Sheikh S/O Farooq Sheikh R/O Geetgram Murshidabad, Kolkata, West Bengal are concealing themselves to evade the process of law and declared them as ABSCONDERS. Accordingly, General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused persons mentioned above. The above-named accused persons be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused persons.
