S.O 172 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, 2019, the Administration of UT Ladakh, with the concurrence of Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, hereby designates Courts of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh and Kargil, as the designated Courts within their respective jurisdictions under the said Act.
