In the case of:
State through PS Leh FIR No: 184/2024 U/s 94 BNS versus LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated 03/04/2026, it has been observed that the accused namely Pema Yangji Sherpa W/o Phurpa Sherpa R/o Jugal Sindhupal Chok, Nepal A/P Hanu Gongma, Leh is concealing herself to evade the process of law and declared her as ABSCONDER. Accordingly, General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person mentioned above. The above-named accused person be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.
This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
