Whereas in the above titled case, vide order dated: 25/07/2026, Sajad Ahmad S/O Abdul Qayoom R/O Chokiyal Drass Kargil has been declared ABSCONDER. Therefore, by medium of General Warrant of Arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be arrested and produced before this Court.
