N O T I F I C A T I O N

Ladakh, the 12th of July, 2026

S.O. 218.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act,2019 and its application to the Union territory of Ladakh, the authority of Revenue Minister shall be exercised by the following competent authority under Jammu and Kashmir Agrarian Reforms Act, 1976 and Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996 till further orders:

1	Lieutenant Governor, UT of Ladakh.	2 Acres and above
2	Chief Secretary, UT of Ladakh.	Above 4 Kanals & below 2 Acres
3	Divisional Commissioner, UT of Ladakh.	Upto 4 Kanals

LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
