Subject: - Establishment of Ladakh Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (L4C) -reg.

Sanction is hereby accorded to the establishment the Ladakh Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (L4C) under the overall superintendence and control of the Director General of Police, Ladakh for coordinating, preventing, detecting and investigating cybercrimes in the UT of Ladakh.

The L4C shall function as the Nodal cyber crime Coordination agency of the UT of Ladakh and shall align its activities with the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI. LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

It is further Ordered that:

1. Dr. Koshal Kumar Sharma, IPS, DIG, LKR, is designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UT Ladakh Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (L4C) in addition to his own duties.

2. Sh. Vikas Kumar, IPS, SSP Traffic, UT Ladakh is designated as SSP Cyber Operation Wing in addition to his own duties.

3. Sh. Govind Rattan, JKPS, SP SDRF/ I/C Staff Officer to DGP/ IT PHQ is designated as SP Cyber Admin & Governance Wing in addition to his own duties.
