FIR No.:-13/2023 U/Ss 306,420,120-B IPC LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST Whereas in the above titled case, a warrant has already been issued against the accused Adil Chodary S/O Iqbal Chodary R/O Monipore Kolkata Area Khiddirpore PS Iqbal-Pur Pin No. 700023 Gali Baraf Gali 33/H/06/ Moninpore Road.
Whereas it has been made to appear to this court that the said accused has been absconded so said warrant could not be executed.
And whereas the court is satisfied that it is expedient to proceed under section 299 of code of criminal procedure, 1973 and record evidence in the absence of the said accused.
You are hereby authorized and directed to arrest the aforementioned accused wherever he may be found and to produce3 him before this court without unnecessary delay.
This warrant shall remain in force until it is cancelled by this court or until it is duly executed.
