Whereas in the above titled case, vide order dated: 15/07/2026, Radhey Shyam S/O Chander Bahadur has been declared ABSCONDER. Therefore, by medium of General Warrant of Arrest, wherever and whenever, the said accused is found, he be arrested and produced before this Court.
