Ladakh, The 18th of September, 2026
S.O. 269 - In exercise of powers conferred by sub section (l) of section 3B of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010, the Administration of UT of Ladakh hereby confers the powers upon every Naib-Tehsildar holding the independent charge of a Tehsil and exercising the powers of Assistant Collector of the First Class, the powers for issuance of Domicile Certificate under the said Act and rules made thereunder, to be exercised within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction.
