NOTIFICATION
F.No. 118/01/2014-S4 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of Lakshadweep Building Bye-Laws, 2016 the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to declare Sub Divisional Officer/Deputy Collector/Assistant Engineer, Lakshadweep Public Works Department/Executive Engineer Electricity/Assistant Engineer, Electricity as "Authority" under various Sections of Building Bye-Law as given below.
I. " Authority" specified in Lakshadweep building Bye-Law means Sub Divisional Officer/ Deputy Collector in concerned Island of Union Territory of Lakshadweep in the following Chapters/Sections.
Chapter I Preliminary Section 12 (Page 2 of the Notification).
II. "Electricity Supply Authority" specified in Lakshadweep Building Bye-Law means Executive Engineer Electricity Department Union Territory of Lakshadweep in the following Chapters/Sections.
Chapter IV Building Services Section 22 (1) (Page 25 of the Notification).
III. " Authority" or "Electricity Supply Authority" specified in Lakshadweep Building Bye-Law means Assistant Engineer of Department of Electricity in concerned Islands of Union Territory of Lakshadweep in the following Chapters/Sections.
THE LAKSHADWEEP GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 2 Chapter IV Building Services Section 22 and 23IV. " Authority" specified in Lakshadweep Building Bye-Law means Assistant Engineer Lakshadweep Public Works Department in Islands of Union Territory of Lakshadweep in the following Chapters/Sections.
1. Chapter I Section 36(f) (Page 4 of the Notification). 2. Chapter I Preliminary Section 85 (Page 7 of the Notification). 3. Chapter I Preliminary Section 90 (Page 8 of the Notification). 4. Chapter I Preliminary Section 97-A (Page 8 of the Notification). 5. Chapter I Preliminary Section 74 (Page 7 of the Notification). 6. All Sections under Chapter II permit and enforcement Section 6,7,8,9,10,11,12 &13. 7. All Sections under Chapter III General site and Building requirements Section 14 & 21. 8. All Sections under Chapter IV Building Services Section 25,26 & 27.
