F.No.24/01 / 2012-Services ( 1 )/3317 :-In exercise of the powers conferred under Societies Registration Act, 1869, the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to empower Shri . Rakesh Singhal , now holding the charge of Registrar of Co - operative Societies , Kavaratti to exercise all powers of Registrar of Co- operative Societies under the said Act .
This notification shall have effect from the date on which the officer take over the charges , till such period the officer holds the charge of Registrar of Co - operative Societies , Union Territory ofLakshadweep , Kavaratti .

Rakesh Singhal , now holding the charge of Registrar of Co -operative Societies , Kavaratti to exercise all powers of Registrar of Co - operative Societies under the said Regulation.
This notification shall have effect from the date on which the officer take over the charges, till such period the officer holds the charge of Registrar of Co- operative Societies , Union Territory of Lakshadweep , Kavaratti .
