F.No. 05/18/05/2020-DHS :- The Advisor to the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to relieve Dr. K.P. Hamzakoya, (Date of Birth on 08-05-1957), Chief Medical Officer (SAG), Directorate of Health Services, Kavaratti from Government Service on superannuation on the afternoon of 31-05-2022 under Rule 74 (a) of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972. Accordingly the officer will stand relieved from the duties on the afternoon of 31-05-2022.
This is issued with the approval of Advisor to the Administrator vide Diary No. 1288, dated 29-04-2022.
