F.No.2/4/2022-SC/516:- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9 of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 (No.39 of 1987) as amended by the Legal Services Authorities (Amend- ment) Act, 1994 (No.59 of 1994) and in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala as conveyed vide letter No.B1(A)-400/2022, dated16.11.2022, the Administrator Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to appoint Shri. K. Cheriyakoya, Sub Judge, Amini as full time Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority with immediate effect.
