F.No.02/01/2019-Home/248 : In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act, No. 29 of 2005), the Hon'ble Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to designate the Additional District Magistrate, Union Territory of Lakshadweep as the Controling Authority under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 in supersession of previous notification F. No.02/01/2019-HC/338 dated 23-07-2022.
