Vishal Sah, IAS, Additional District Magistrate (North & East Islands) i. e Androth, Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath, Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra Islands as Executive Magistrate with jurisdiction in the (Androth, Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath, Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra) and islet around the Androth,

The Competent Authority is also pleased to specifically empower him to exercise the powers specified under Section 107,108,109,110,133,143,144,174,& 176 of the code. This Notification shall have effect from the date on which the officer takes over charges as Additional District Magistrate (North & East Islands) i. e Androth, Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath, Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra Islands and remains till such period the officer holds the charges of Additional District Magistrate in those Islands.

2. I solemnly affirm and state that my actual name and Date of Birth as per the Birth Certificate Registration No. 51/1953 dated 30.10.1953 issued by Registrar of Birth & Death Kalpeni Island U. T. of Lakshadweep and asper Aadhaar No. 432308041330 of Unique Identification Authority of India (UID),Govt. of India is "BEEFATHUMMA K.V." and '29.10.1953' respectively.
3. I do hereby declare that there is no fraud or misrepresentation in making this affidavit by me.
