No.16/1/2022-UD (Volume-I) : In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Lakshadweep Town and Country Planning and Development Regulation, 2026 (No. 8 of 2026), promulgated by Her Excellency the President of India and published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, CG-DL-E-29072026-274899, dated 28th July, 2026, the Hon'ble Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep, hereby Appoints 29.07.2026, as the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
