NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of Regulation 136(1) of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2023, read with the letter dated 24.04.2026 issued by the Central Electricity Authority, Ministry of Power, the Hon'ble Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep, is pleased to permit a deviation from the provisions of Regulation 33 of the said Regulations with regard to the requirement of submission of test reports for low-risk category consumers having a connected load up to 20 kw, by accepting self-attested reports/self-certification in lieu of the prescribed test reports.
This notification is issued with the approval of the Hon'ble Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
