एफ - 1-22-2009 - अड़तीस - 1.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश शैक्षणिक सेवा ( महाविद्यालयीन शाखा ) भर्ती नियम, 1990 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात्:-
संशोधन
उक्तनियम में,
1. नियम 12 में उपनियम ( 1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप नियम स्थापित किया जाए अर्थात्ः-
" ( 1 ) प्राचार्य, उपाधि महाविद्यालय/ प्राध्यापक के पद पर चयन साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा किया जाएगा. सेवा में भर्ती के लिए चयन ऐसे अंतरालों से किया जाएगा जैसा कि सरकार समय- समय पर आयोग के परामर्श से निर्धारित करें. यदि उपलब्ध अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या अत्याधिक है तो आयोग , उच्च शैक्षणिक अर्हता या अनुभव या दोनों के आधार पर साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या सीमित कर सकेगा. " .
2. अनुसूची दो में, अनुक्रमांक 2 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित अनुक्रमांक तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ स्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात्ः-

3. अनुसूची चार में, कॉलम ( 2 ) में, अनुक्रमांक 2 के सामने, शब्द " प्राध्यापक " के स्थान पर शब्द तथा चिन्ह " प्राध्यापक/सह- प्राध्यापक" स्थापित किया जाए.
No. F - 1-22-2009 - XXXVIII- 1- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Educational Service ( Collegiate Branch ) Recruitment Rules , 1990, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules:-
1. In rule 12, for sub- rule ( 1 ) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted , namely:-
"( 1 ) The selection to the post of Principal degree college/Professor shall be made by the Public Service Commission through interview . The Selection for recruitment to the service shall be held at such intervals as the Government may in consultation with the Commission from time to time determine . If the number of available candidates is too many than the Commission may limit the number of candidates calling for interview on the basis of higher educational qualifications or experience or both ."
2. In schedule- II , for serial number 2 and entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-
