F. A-3-08-2018-1 - V- ( 37 ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 (No.19 of 2017) , the State Government hereby , appoints the 1st day of April , 2018 , as the date from which the provisions of serial No. 2 ( ii ) [ other than 2 ( ii ) (7 ) ] , ( iii) , (iv) , (v) , ( vi ) and (vii ) of this department's notification No. F. A- 3-08-2018-1 - V- ( 33 ) , dated 7th March 2018 , shall come into force .
