No. F - A - 3-08--2018-1 - V( 41 ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d) of sub- rule ( 14) of rule 138 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules , 2017 , and in supersession of this department's notification No. F - A 3-02-2018-1 - V( 27 ) , dated 30th January, 2018 , I , Raghwendra Kumar Singh , Commissioner of State Tax , Madhya Pradesh , after consultation with the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, hereby notify that no e-way bill will be required to be generated for the movement of all goods of any value which commences and terminates within the area of Madhya Pradesh i.e. intra - State Movement .
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st April , 2018 .
